In the busy village of Oakwood, Pippa the penguin and Ollie the otter loved to play and have fun adventures together.

One sunny day, Pippa saw a new carousel. 'Ollie, look at that!' she said. 'Let's ride it!' Ollie smiled, 'Yes! But we need money for tickets.'

Pippa thought. 'I know! Let's make a popcorn stand.' Ollie clapped, 'Great idea! We'll make the best popcorn ever!'

They rushed home to get corn, butter, and lots of cheese.

They set up a stand with a sign: 'Pippa and Ollie's Popcorn: 1 coin!'

Their first customer was Nutty the squirrel. 'I'd like some cheesy popcorn!' Nutty said.

Pippa gave Nutty a bag, but she spilled popcorn everywhere. Ollie laughed, 'Pippa is having a popcorn party!'

Pippa asked, 'Why are we taking coins instead of trading fish?' Ollie said, 'Coins are money, Pippa! They are easy to carry, and everyone knows their value.'

The popcorn stand was a hit! Animals lined up to taste the yummy cheesy popcorn.

As the day went on, their coin jar filled up. Pippa and Ollie were thrilled. They finally had enough coins for the carousel!

With their coins, Pippa and Ollie bought tickets and hopped on the carousel.

As the carousel spun, Pippa said, 'We did it, Ollie! We earned and saved our money!' Ollie laughed, 'Yes, and we learned that money helps us get things we want—without carrying fish!'

Pippa and Ollie learned that money is earned by working, saved for fun things, and easier to carry than fish!

After that, they had more fun adventures, using their money skills to enjoy what they loved.
