Terms of Use

1. Educational service

Kahani Express provides children's stories, reading activities, educational games, creative tools, and related features. The service is intended for learning and entertainment and is not professional educational, medical, or other advice.

A parent, guardian, school, or teacher is responsible for supervising a child's use of the service and deciding whether its content and features are appropriate for that child.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

Schools, teachers, parents, and guardians must have the authority to provide any information they submit and to authorize a child's participation. Access to administrative and content-authoring tools is limited to personnel authorized by Kahani Express or a participating school.

3. Kahani Express content and ownership

Except where otherwise noted, Kahani Express owns or licenses the service and its original stories, illustrations, narration, audio, games, characters, software, visual design, and other content. Names, author credits, illustrator credits, notices, and third-party license terms remain applicable to the specific material they identify.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kahani Express content to you. The Kahani Express name and branding may also be protected by laws other than copyright.

4. Limited permission to use the service

While you comply with these Terms, Kahani Express gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the service for its intended educational and noncommercial purposes.

This permission does not include a right to republish, sell, license, publicly distribute, systematically download, scrape, modify, or create derivative commercial products from Kahani Express content unless we give you written permission or applicable law allows it.

5. Public submissions

Kahani Express does not currently accept public submissions of stories, artwork, audio, or other creative content. Content-authoring and upload tools are for authorized personnel only. If we introduce public submissions later, we will publish additional terms explaining ownership and the permissions needed to operate that feature before accepting them.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you permit Kahani Express to use them to evaluate and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential information or creative works in feedback.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service or help another person do so. Prohibited conduct includes:

• accessing accounts, data, systems, or administrative features without authorization;
• interfering with security, availability, or normal operation of the service;
• using automated tools to scrape or extract content except as permitted by our published crawler instructions or law;
• uploading malicious code or using the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity; or
• removing copyright, attribution, trademark, or other rights notices.

7. Third-party services and materials

The service may use or link to third-party platforms, app stores, media, software, and services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Kahani Express does not claim ownership of third-party material and cannot control the availability or operation of third-party services.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, or address a violation of these Terms. We do not promise that every feature or item of content will always remain available.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account-deletion information is available through Kahani Express's account-removal process.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kahani Express does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that all content will meet every user's needs, or that data will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kahani Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
