Duggu is a curious five-year-old. One sunny day he gets a giant empty box. Watch how this plain box turns into a rocket, a bakery, a train, and a snug reading cave, all through his bright ideas!

A bright afternoon brings a huge delivery box to Duggu's door. It looks like a gift! Duggu's eyes grow wide. 'What wonderful thing is inside, Amma?' he asks, bouncing with joy.

The friendly delivery man sets the box down carefully. Amma laughs, 'No magic, dear. It holds a new kitchen mixer.' Duggu grins, already dreaming about the empty box instead of the mixer.

Paper rustles as Amma lifts the shiny mixer out. Duggu barely notices the gadget. He pats the cardboard. 'May I keep the box, please?' he begs. Amma sees his sparkle and nods yes.

Duggu drags the box to the living room like a treasure wagon. Amma smiles, 'Play, but tidy later.' The box thumps onto the rug, and Duggu's head fills with exciting pictures.

Duggu climbs inside and sits quietly, planning. With a pencil he draws and cuts a neat round window. Sunlight streams through. In that glow he hears a whisper: 'This box can FLY!'
Page 7
He tapes two paper cups on the sides for roaring engines. A crayon scribble becomes a control panel. Standing tall, Duggu proudly announces, 'This is my rocket!'
Page 8
'Three… two… one… BLAST OFF!' he shouts. The cardboard rocket zooms past the moon, whizzes over red Mars, and lands on a planet made of laddoos that melt like honey in his mind.

After lunch, Duggu peeks back at the box. 'Hmm, rockets need rest,' he giggles. 'Now you're my bakery!' He flips the box open like a shop counter and dusts the floor with pretend flour.

Leaves become crunchy cookies, small stones turn into chocolate cupcakes, and a bright yellow flower is a mango cake. Amma strolls by. 'What smells so yummy today, Chef?' she asks.
Page 11
'Fresh cakes for sale!' Duggu calls. 'Price: one shiny button each.' Amma pulls two buttons from her sewing tin and pays. Together they munch the invisible treats, giggling loudly.

Evening light glows orange. Duggu tips the box on its side and lines up his teddy bear, a slipper engine, and a tiny red car. 'All aboard! This is the fastest train ever!' he toots.
Page 13
'Next stop, Grandma's house!' The train clatters over bridges, rivers, and green forests painted only in Duggu's thoughts. Teddy waves from the window as the slipper engine chugs ahead.

Night creeps in. Sleepy Duggu places a soft cushion inside the box, adds his favorite storybook, and gently pulls a quilt over the top. The busy train becomes a calm, cozy nest.

He whispers, 'This is my secret cave.' Outside, the room is quiet. Amma peeks through the flap. 'Will the explorer sleep inside his cave tonight?' she asks softly.
Page 16
Duggu shakes his head. 'The cave is just for reading.' He opens the book and journeys to far-off kingdoms until his eyelids droop like sleepy curtains.

The box has been a rocket, bakery, train, and cave—all in one magical day. Duggu pats the cardboard. 'Empty things can be FULL of ideas,' he whispers, cheeks glowing.

Amma kisses his forehead. 'That's true,' she says. 'Your imagination overflows.' She switches off the light while the biggest adventure—dreamland—waits inside Duggu's mind.
